Bestem Carbon Fiber Front Fender Spoiler Winglets Twill for BMW S1000RR HP4 2009 - 2014 in twill weave will give your motorcycle that special custom look. This part is now made by autoclave technology, which uses pre-impregnated 100% carbon fiber fabric and cures at 400 degrees and very high pressure. So the product is way stronger and cleaner than that is made by vacuum bagging process before. We also use UV resistant coating to keep the carbon fiber from fading, as is the problem with cheaper polyester or vinyl carbon fiber on the market today. To ensure the best possible fit, we have also test-installed all of our final products before they are ready for market.
